The Project

Tadman Planning Consultants assisted the client to gain planning permission for a new dwelling forming an extension of an existing terrace of dwellings in Chilton Polden, Bridgwater.

We were instructed after the application had been submitted, and following the receipt of numerous objections to the proposals, including an objection by the Parish Council. The client needed professional advice and someone to negotiate with the Council to demonstrate that, despite the objections, the proposal was acceptable. We successfully liaised with the Planning Officer, who recommended approval and represented the client at the Planning Committee.

Planning planning permission was granted in 2022.
