Prior to forming Tadman Planning, Rachel Tadman was Head of Planning at Mendip District Council. 

As an independent planning consultant Rachel continues to develop her relationship with Local Authority teams offering ongoing consultancy or project support to development management or policy teams.

In the event of staff shortages or resource challenges we are well placed to assist with your Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) applications and provide valuable capacity. 

We have experience dealing with major planning applications and are also able to represent the Council at appeal using our extensive experience of Hearings and Inquiries, managing the appeals from start to finish.
