The Project

Tadman Planning Consultants were asked to submit an application for planning permission for the re-cladding of an existing dwelling in Lansdown, Bath.

The existing dwelling had been extended in the past resulting in mismatched stonework on the front elevation so, as part of a project to renovate the whole house, it was proposed to add walnut timber cladding and render to the front elevation to give the house a more contemporary appearance.

Planning permission was granted in 2024.
